Organized under the Laws of Utah Territory | Incorporated Nov. 22nd 1884
	This is to Certify that Robert Archer is entitled to One Hundred Shares of the capital Stock of The Daly Mining Company of Twenty Dollars each transferable only by him or his Attorney on the Transfer books of the said Company in the City of New York, on the surrender of this Certificate.
	In Witness Whereof the President and Secretary of said Company have hereunto subscribed their names this 11th day of Jan 18889.
