	This is a stock certificate for 25 shares of Cody’s Wyoming Coal Company valued at $100 each. In the upper-middle part of the certificate is a vignette of an eagle perching on a stone in the foreground with a train and building to the left in the background and a coal mine to the right in the background. This certificate is bordered by and written in black ink, excluding all handwritten and stamped-in parts. On the bottom left of the certificate is a seal which is partially illegible, where the readable part states “Mine Coal Co.”

Authorized Capital, $990,000 of which Preferred Stock, $250,000	Common Stock, $740,000
	This Certifies That St F Lordy is the owner of Twenty five shares of the Common Capital Stock of Cody’s Wyoming Coal Company. Full paid and non-assessable, transferable only on the books of the Corporation by the holder hereof in person or by Attorney, upon surrender of this Certificate properly endorsed.
	In Witness whereof, this Corporation has caused this Certificate to be signed by its President and Treasurer, and to be sealed with its corporate seal this 17th day of Dec. A.D. 1904
