This certificate subject to all the terms, conditions and limitations of the Certificate Incorporation and the By Laws of the Corporation. This certificate is not valid until countersigned by the Transfer Agent and registered by the Registrar.
	In Witness Whereof, the said Company has caused its corporate seal to be hereto affixed and this certificate to be signed by its President and by its Treasurer, or Secretary this July 16 1925.
