It is hereby certified and warranted that the Board of Examiners issuing this bond is created by and under the Constitution of the State of Nevada, and has been authorized by the Act entitled and approved as aforesaid to issue this bond, which has been duly issued, advertised, and sold by said Board of Examiners, as duly requested by the Board of Directors of the Department of Highways, and for the purposes designated in, and in all respects pursuant to, the Acts entitled and approved as aforesaid, and that all condititions precedent rendering this bond valid and binding have been fully and strictly complied with and performed; and also that the total indebtedness of the State of Nevada, including this bond, does not exceed any Constitutional or statutory limitation, and that due provision has been made for the levy of a direct annual ad valorem tax on all taxable property of the State of Nevada, in addition to all other taxes, sufficient to pay interest accruing hereunder as the same falls due, and to discharge the principal hereof at maturity; and lastly, that the faith of The State of Nevada is hereby pledged that the Acts entitled and approved as aforesaid shall not be repealed, or the taxation thereby imposed be omitted, until this bond, and coupons issued under and by virtue thereof, shall have been paid in full, as in said Act provided.
